Welcome to our Trataka journey, where we learnt to let go and be present.
š What is Trataka? Trataka is an ancient yogic technique that involves gazing at a fixed point or object, such as a candle flame, to train the mind and develop deeper levels of concentration.
š„ Benefits of Trataka:
Improves Focus and Concentration: Regular practice can sharpen your mental focus and boost productivity.
Enhances Memory: By training your mind to concentrate, you can improve your memory retention.
Reduces Stress and Anxiety: The meditative nature of Trataka helps calm the mind and reduce stress.
Strengthens Eyesight: It is believed to help with eye-related issues and improve vision over time.
Promotes Inner Peace: The practice encourages mindfulness and a deeper connection with your inner self.
šÆļø How to Practice Trataka:
Find a Quiet Space: Choose a peaceful, lit room where you won't be disturbed.
Set Up Your Focus Object: Common objects include a candle flame, a black dot on the wall, or a specific symbol, of course we would rather you supporting us by getting your Tatraka Candles with Flow: https://www.flowitheuniverse.com/product-page/little-candles
Sit Comfortably: Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. Place the object at eye level about an arm's length away.
Gaze Steadily: Focus your gaze on the object without blinking for as long as you can. Start with a few minutes and gradually increase the time.
Close Your Eyes: After gazing, close your eyes and visualize the object in your mind. This helps internalize the focus.
Breathe Deeply: Breathe deeply and evenly throughout the practice to maintain relaxation.

I already love this marvelous space š±Thanks a lot for the beauty -FlowitheUniverse-, this dream of yours makes me think of a window, but "you are not the glass of the window but the frame that holds the window so that we can see the magic of the universe" (it's an idea from a poem by Mona Arshi called You are not).
Undoubtedly, I'll start to practice trataka, this technique seems like a healthy way to learn how to live in the present and at the same time create a friendlier future. I will let you know about my progress with this practice.
CĆ¢lins et bisous ma bien-aimĆ©e, FlowitheUniverse šŗ
